Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase

Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will review the claim and work quickly to resolve the issue.
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used items or items showing signs of use
- Custom or special order items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please complete the return process and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
