U.S. Shipping
Trakush currently ships within the United States only.
We offer:
- U.S. Standard Shipping – $4.99 flat rate on orders under $75 (before taxes and discounts)
- Free U.S. Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts)
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not include expedited services.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high shipping volume, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer in accordance with applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will review the claim and work toward a resolution where appropriate.
Trakush is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before completing their order.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier to initiate a trace.
If the carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in reviewing the situation.
Resolution of lost shipments is subject to carrier investigation and confirmation.
